 - Indonesia: Special delivery. Available for order online

 - Ukraine: Special delivery.

 - Worldwide delivery: DHL

Taxes and duties

Currently you don't have to pay additional taxes of delivery in Indonesia, Ukraine, USA, Australia.

 

All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country goods delivery.

Please note that payment  by cash on delivery in a branch of “Nova Poshta” is currently unavailable due to the war in Ukraine.

You can pay for your order  through the  payment system on a site or by contacting us, payment data will be sent to you in the messenger after placing the order. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the delivery of your order.

The delivery worldwide takes up to 3-7 days. by DHL

 

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.

We provide 6 month guarantee   

Guarantee service includes:

elimination of defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer;

repair of minor damage in the presence of all elements of the jewelry and preservation of the integrity of its shape (breakage of the chain, detachment of the club / heart / other element of the jewelry, defects in the clasp or magnet);

free cleaning option.

Guarantee service is also provided for an additional fee if the textile or leather elements require repair, the jewelry has defects or damage resulting from misuse or careless handling (bumps, dents, mechanical damage to the chain, significant deformation of the jewelry, loss of jewelry elements,etc).
